FounderDeals is a curated directory of startup programs. Here is what we do, what we don't do, and how the site can be used.

What FounderDeals is
FounderDeals is a free, public directory of startup programs, cloud credits, AI credits, and official offers. We curate and organize public information about programs from third-party providers like AWS Activate, Stripe Atlas, and Mercury. We do not run any of these programs and have no privileged partnership with the providers.
What we don't do
- We don't handle applications. Every “Apply” button sends you straight to the provider's official page. We never touch your application, eligibility documents, or anything you submit to a provider.
- We don't guarantee acceptance. Each provider sets its own eligibility rules and approval process. Listing a program here does not mean you will qualify.
- We can't guarantee program details are current. Programs change credit amounts, eligibility, and application paths often. We try to keep listings current and verify on a rolling basis, but the provider's official page is always the source of truth. Confirm anything important there before you commit.
- We are not part of any agreement between you and a provider. Any contract or terms you accept are strictly between you and that provider.
Accuracy and updates
Each program listing carries a “last verified” date and a review status. We do our best to keep them current, but programs move faster than any directory can track in real time. Before applying or planning around a specific term, check the provider's page.
Permitted use
Read it, link to it, share it, quote with attribution. We just ask that you don't:
- Scrape the site at a volume that disrupts service for other readers.
- Republish FounderDeals content as your own without crediting us.
- Use FounderDeals branding, logos, or copy in a way that implies we've partnered with you when we haven't.
- Submit fraudulent or malicious content via any feedback channel that exists or shows up later.
Logos and trademarks
Provider names, logos, and trademarks (Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Mercury, and so on) belong to their respective owners. We use them on FounderDeals for editorial and identification purposes only. Their presence on this site does not imply partnership, endorsement, or affiliation unless we say so explicitly.
Our own editorial content (blog posts, comparison editorials, stack guides, category overviews) is owned by FounderDeals. Quote and reference it freely with attribution.
No warranty, no liability
FounderDeals is provided as-is. We make no promises, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or any program details on it. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FounderDeals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site, your application to any listed program, or any provider's decisions or actions.
You use FounderDeals at your own risk. Whether to apply to or rely on a third-party program is your call.
Third-party links
FounderDeals links to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Once you click an outbound link, you're on someone else's site and their rules apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will show up in the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you're on board with the new version.
